Stellar Personal Training

Hi everyone!

Our first Stellar bootcamp was a great success! Everyone had a great time and a great workout! Don't worry if you didn't make it, I hope to see you all out on future Saturdays!

We have decided to make the bootcamp at the Lord Kitchener School every Saturday morning (Blenheim and King Edward in Vancouver, near the basketball courts). It has everything we need and in case of rain, there is a covered area we can move to. Also, there will never be any confusion as to the location if it rains or shines.

I have also received feedback that some later risers would like to come if it was held a little later. If I get responses that people will commit to coming out to a 9:30am class in the same location I might add an additional class on Saturday mornings. Let me know!

Summary:
Time: 8am every Saturday. Please come 15 minutes early if this is your first workout with me to fill out some paperwork.
Location: Lord Kitchener School. (4055 Blenheim at King Edward in Vancouver, near the basketball courts)
Fee: $20 which will drop to $15 if more than 6 people show up.
Bring: a mat if you have one and water.
